Project History
This work was created as a single channel video strip while at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich, Germany.
It went through a number of name changes (The Golden I, The Golden Eye, Das Goldene Ei, The Golden Egg) and
has been shown at various video festivals in Europe and Japan under these different names.
The piece was shown as a video installation at the diploma exhibition at the Academy under the name
"The Golden Seed," which better expresses the context of the installation.
