Pura Ulun Danu Bratan is
a temple built in the early 1600s in honor of the lake goddes Dewi Danau. It
is built on Danau Bratan (Lake Bratan) not far from the town of
Bedugul in northern Bali. This temple is one of the most important sources of irrigation water in Bali.
